The easy part is force. The job is knowing when not to.
Plenty of damage gets done by good equipment pointed at the wrong surface. Siding and shingles need a solution, not force.

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses force — it belongs on concrete, brick and block.
Soft washing is low pressure plus a solution, for siding, paint and roofs. The wrong one drives water behind the boards.
Why do the black streaks on my roof keep coming back?
Those streaks are algae, not dirt, and warm humid Lowcountry air is exactly what it likes. A roof wash treats the growth rather than just rinsing the surface, which is what buys time before it returns.
Is soft washing safe for vinyl siding and paint?
Yes. That is the reason it exists. The solution does the cleaning so the pressure does not have to, which keeps water out from behind the boards and keeps paint where it belongs.
Do you clean gutters inside and out?
Both are on the list: clearing out the leaves and grit is one job, washing the grey striping off the outside face is another. Tell us which you want, or ask for both in the same visit.
Do you work on businesses and fleets, or just houses?
Both. Storefronts, parking aprons, dumpster pads, box trucks, trailers and vans are all part of the work, alongside the residential washes.
